Isaiah 40:2 Speak comfort to Jerusalem, and cry out to her, that her warfare is ended, that her iniquity is pardoned; for she has received from the LORD’s hand Double for all her sins.

What Is, “Giving The Double”?

• Principle: Our sin debt is un-payable.

• Principle: The Law has exposed our sin shamefully.

3.  It’s An Un-believable _______________________.

• John 19:30; Colossians 2:14; 1 John 2:2-3
• Principle: Jesus has paid our sin debt with His own life’s blood.

1 Corinthians 15:17,20 And if Christ has not been raised, then your faith is useless; you are still guilty of your sins.  But Christ has truly been raised from the dead.

The resurrection of Christ declares His work on the cross is finished indeed!
