I Pet 2:9-10 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

1 Pe 2:10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

Eph 3:20-21 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

Eph 3:21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

Satan has been in the business of stealing, killing and destroying for the past 6000 years.

He has been in the business of confusion and deception for the same amount of time.

In the gospels of John, it tells us that God is spirit and God is light, and it is the business of this enemy to put out the light. The light of knowledge and the light of truth.

But thus saith the lord the holy one of Israel and his maker in Isa 45:11, ask me of things to come concerning my sons and concerning the work of my hand, command ye me.

If you want to know what the will of God is for your life, just go and ask him.

Granted, this does not give you the right – reason – responsibility to give God orders, to tell him what to do, when to do or how to do,

God said:

ask of me – check in and find out what I’m up to. See what my plans are

concerning the work of my hand – what ever my hands will do shall do once you find out. Just like the hands of the potter he says, bring yourself to me and leave yourself with me and see the power that is in me do the miraculous.

Command ye me – make it yours. This is not by way of prescription, but by way of petition. Be earnest and sincere in your requests, and be confident in your expectations. Make it work for the good.

God is not wanting less for us that what we want for ourselves.

Bible says in I Cor 2:9-10

Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his spirit, for the spirit searcheth all things, yea the deep things of God.

What ever you desire/need to know ? God what are you doing ? you don’t have to wonder about it, Ask him.

The Hebrews wanted a temple to worship God, so what did God do, he has King Cyrus to pay for it

When Israel wanted out of bondage, he had Pharaoh daughter to find and raise the boy that would lead God’s people and liberate Israel

Jeremiah 33 says that while you can be yet shut up in prison,

thus saith the lord the maker thereof, the lord that formed it and established it, the lord is his name, call unto me and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things which thou knowest not.

Num 23:19 God is not a man that he should lie, neither the son of man that he should repent, hath he said and shall he not do it or hath he spoken and shall he not make it good? (Elaborate – answer and speak)

Exo 33:17 And the LORD said unto Moses, I will do this thing also that thou hast spoken: for thou hast found grace in my sight, and I know thee by name.

Exo 33:18 And he said, I beseech thee, shew me thy glory.

The Lord tells Moses there is a place where you can see my glory.

Only the sincere heart can be there Moses. And when you get there, it is there that I will show you my glory.

I have said this before, we cannot look AT God, but rather we look AFTER him, for we see through a glass darkly. When we see what God has done in his works, the actions of our God, our Savoir and King, we only get to see (as it were) his back-parts. Moses saw his back parts. The reason God will allowed him to see only the back-parts is because of where he (God) has been.

I submit to you today it was there in that cliff of the rock God showed Moses not where he was going but where he had been.

God showed Moses that day that he created……

What God is saying to us today is, that its time to show my people ( which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.) God is saying It’s SHOWTIME.

Our prayers are not capable to comprehend the height, length, breath, depth of the love of god

Our faith is not capable of exceeding the power of the creator of all things

Our desires will not confound the Excellency of the testimony and knowledge of Jesus

Our needs are not greater to exhaust the giving and pouring out of blessing upon the people of god.

God can and God will work above what we ask or think

God will show up

Show off

Show out IT’S SHOW TIME !!

Most men could not imagine such a thing, but it did not stop man from doing such a thing.

We did not ask it because we could not think it. If we think of his goodness, then we ask for his goodness, then God will show his goodness. Even If we do not ask it, it will not stop God from doing it.

You don’t believe me: who would have thought

Jericho wall : but god said it’s showtime, AND

Jos 6:15 And it came to pass on the seventh day, that they rose early about the dawning of the day, and compassed the city after the same manner seven times: only on that day they compassed the city seven times.

Jos 6:16 And it came to pass at the seventh time, when the priests blew with the trumpets, Joshua said unto the people, Shout; for the LORD hath given you the city.

Red Sea crossing : but god said its showtime, AND

Exo 14:11 And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness?

Exo 14:13 And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.

God uses these types of people to show forth his power.

God is the only one that can take a negative and make a positive out of it.

So when God takes that negative or takes nothing and make something out of it, he wants that something to tell everybody of how it was done.

Song writer made it clear, “I’m just a nobody , trying to tell everybody, about somebody, who can save anybody” IT’S SHOWTIME TODAY

Israel, a nation that had no army, no war chariots, a nation that was the smallest of all nations, God fell in love with them.

God declared he would lay his hand upon them and make of them a great nation.

He said, when I am finished making you what I want you to be, I want you to tell everybody that I, even I, am the Lord and besides me there is no savior.

The Egyptians, even when Israel was in bondage, who was being cruel and hard to Israel, asked what kind of God did they have?

Cause he hasn’t delivered them.

They were still in bondage, still crying out, still tormented

What kind of God is this , that would allow his people to be under such severe treatment.

All the Egyptians had to do but just look a little closer, and they would see that the people of Israel was still standing the test.

Thru the oppression, they were still standing

The bible says the more they afflicted the children of Israel, the more they grew as a nation.

These people had to see that the God of Israel was holding them, even though God hadn’t delivered them just yet,

· God still sustained them

· Gave the joy

· Gave them peace

Let me say, God doesn’t have to deliver me from everything, but all I am asking him to do is to keep a sweet spirit down in my soul

· Keep joy down in my heart

· Keep clapping in my hand

· Keep dancing in my feet

· Keep prayer on my mind

· Keep praise on my lips

Why ? As I look back over my life, and I think things over, I can truly say that he has brought me all this way, I can not flex my muscles like God, but I know I show for the praises of him who has brought me out of darkness into his marvelous light. IT’S SHOWTIME

You can’t stop now

Its not time to drag your feet

Its not time now to stay in the valley

But it time to give God praise for the things he has done.

It time to give him glory

When you see how he brought you out of the pit you were in

When you see how he rescued you from the enemy

When you see how he saved you from almost taking your life , YOU OUGHT TO SHOW HIM PRAISE, IT’S SHOWTIME

I can’t help but to think that with every breath in my body, IT’S SHOW TIME
