When God Separates Light from Darkness, He called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. No one likes to walk into a dark room because if you’re not careful, you stumble and fall. But light helps us to see clearly. When the light of the world [Jesus] comes into our lives it gives us understanding. We can see clearly where to walk and how to walk. God wants us to understand that he can walk into our dark situations. He will open our eyes and help us see that God is there, defeating the enemy of our soul. When there is light in our lives, darkness cannot prevail over us. Satan has no victory. We cannot give others light if we walk in darkness. If we sin, we have no light in us. Then, how will people we come in contact with see how to get to Jesus? When God Separates Light from Darkness, He reminds us that; Matt 5:14-16 14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. 15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
