In this sermon Truth Said So, but Mercy Said No, for any judicial system to be effective in administering justice or judgement it must be based on Truth. Judgement must established upon a foundation of immutable absolutes.  The only reason Judgement can exist is because of the existence of TRUTH.  The truth says he must die. Truth cries out for judgement. Having no hope unless mercy intervenes, and mercy says no. If we all got what we deserved- what truth demanded- we would all perish. If you have sin in your life, truth says death, but mercy says no.
