The Three Dimensions Of Fasting

In this lesson, we discuss The Three Dimensions of Fasting. The order in which these dimensions are discussed, does not depict their level of importance.  They are: The Pre-determined fast, the God-determined fast and the fasting until. All believers have the potential to realize these different dimensions of fasting in their lives. It is needful to have a burden and purpose when you fast.  This will be helpful in establishing your burden and purpose for fasting. If you are not clear as to why you are fasting, pray and ask God to impress your heart with a purpose. Make sure your goal and purpose are spiritually sound. The most important thing to do is "press on!" Do not be discouraged. If you don't see results during your fast, most of the time, the results will come after you have completed the fast.
