In this sermon: Sudden Destruction, we learn He is going to come like lightning – like a thief in the night. Sudden, unexpected, and with devastating force. We have had all of our life to prepare. He hasn’t waited until the last minute to prepare us, but through His Word, He let us know far ahead of time. He warned us that, “Just as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the day of the coming of the Son of Man.” It was just a normal day.
