My Alabaster Box
In this sermon My Alabaster Box, we learn that we cannot put a price on our past experiences. The alabaster box was a box of perfume. It was mixed with tears from the owner of the box. The box had years of frustration, grief, anguish, fears and disappointments. It was carried with them on special occasions to anoint people for marriages, dedications, death, etc. It was a very valuable possession. Nobody knows what you have been through. Nobody knows the cost of the oil in your alabaster box. Because nobody knows like you do what you have been forgiven of. You cannot put a price on past experiences. When something is poured out of your heart to Jesus in appreciation it becomes a PRAISE.
