The Absentee Follow-up Leader is responsible for sending correspondence to those members who have missed a service for illness and other reasons. Major focus will be placed on new members (converts) within the assembly. A list of absentees will be supplied to the ministry leader. Encouragement to members who have been gone is vital to their understanding of the love that God’s people show each other.
