Five Crowns Of Victorious Living

HONORABLE CROWN OF GLORY

The Apostolic Jesus Name Church is to receive New Testament Crowns.

There are 5 crowns offered to the church of the living God;

(1) Crown of Life James 1:12, Rev. 2:10
(2) Crown of Glory I Peter 5:24
(3) Crown of Rejoicing I Thes 2:19-20, Phil 4:1
(4) Crown of Righteousness II Tim 4:8
(5) Incorruptible Crown I Cor 9:25-27

There is a crown of Glory in the present life to unfold, before our very
eyes. So precious, so beautiful, so lovely and so mystified. The
realization in this divine mystery is the Crown of Glory. Tangible,
majestic, beyond the money value system, beyond crystal diamonds, beyond
the glare of radiant rubies and gold, splendid crown of dignity and
glory is placed in the atmosphere of Holy Matrimony. Marriage is
honorable in all, and the bed undefiled, (Heb. 13:4): but whoremongers
and adulterers God will judge. God will judge every transgressor, from
the promoter of sin to the unfaithful who violates this matter of holy
ordinance.

I have to confess, no marriage is perfect. Adam and Eve’s marriage
wasn’t perfect all the way. Most of the time romance could be an
illusion, but when it’s woven into holy marriage vows, eyes are opened
up to the truth of both individuals. The chamber of human feelings and
secrets are released and disclosed to each other. (Gen. 2:18)

And the Lord said, It is not good that man should be alone; I will make
him a help meet for him. Adam needed a partner, lover and friend to
share together God’s paradise. The origin of marriage took place in the
garden of Eden. (a place of happiness). The officiating minister, God
Himself the creator, Adam the bridegroom, Eve the bride, the cloud of
witnesses, the whole angelic host of God and creation. There is a true
fact or saying, “Love is Blind.” Bridegroom and bride don’t see each
other’s faults and imperfections, until after they’re married. Until
then, when the husband awakes from the sleep of paradise, he’s got to
realize the seriousness and the total moral obligations in relating to
his wife in every dimension of personality: emotional, intellectual,
physical and spiritual; in all these fulfilling and securing his wife’s
love and needs. (Gen. 2:23)

And Adam said, this is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she
shall be called woman, because she was taken out of man. How
beautifully is the divine headship of authority revealed (I Cor.
11:7-9). God, man, and woman. Woman was created for man and not man
for woman. Just like Jesus Christ wasn’t born out of His church, but
the church came out of His redemptive blood and sacrificial death.
Becoming “one flesh” includes the all of a man and a woman. It is
the sharing of heart, mind, body and soul. Adam clave unto his wife
Gen. (2:24). What is love? Two souls and one flesh; Friendship?
Two bodies and one soul. The definition of the word cleave is to
stick to and cling to.

Again in Matt. 19;56 man leaving home and his parents and cleaving to
his wife and becoming one flesh. One writer said it like this; “not out
of his head to rule over him, nor out of the fist to abuse her, nor out
of his feet to be trampled on by him, but out of his side to be equal
with him, under his arm to be protected, and near his heart to be loved.
What makes a married couple cleave unto each other for a life time?
Ephesians 5:20-23 gives the answer. Devoted and unconditional love
renders total submission and brings forth fidelity and total commitment
one to another.

Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies.
Proverbs 31;11-31 describes and illustrates the qualities of a virtuous
woman, (wife). The source of being virtuous is the fear of the Lord.
Proverbs 12:4; “A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband, but she that
maketh ashamed is a rotteness in his bones, and flesh of his flesh.
Refuse to be a decayed, lifeless and dead body in him. Be his glory,
what God intended you to be. (I Cor 11:7) But the woman is the glory of
the man, likewise as the church is to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ,
(Eph 5:27). That He might present it to Himself, a glorious church, not
having spot or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy
and without blemish. When true love is embraced, it will enhance.
(Solomon’s Song 6:3). “I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine.”

In Solomon 7:10-13, we read “I am my beloved’s and his desire is toward
me. Come, my beloved, let us go forth into the field; let us lodge in
the villages. Let us get up early to the vineyard; let us see if the
vine flourish, whether the tender grape appear, and the pomegranates bud
forth: There will I give thee my loves. The mandrakes give smell, and
at our gate are all manner of pleasant fruits, new and old, which I have
laid up for thee, oh my beloved. Notice the tender bowels of
expressions within, O my beloved. Love is the root and bond of holy
matrimony.”

I Cor. 13:48:
“Love is patient and kind;
Love is not jealous or boastful;
Love is not arrogant or rude;
Love does not insist on it’s own way;
It does not rejoice at wrong, but rejoices in the right.
Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all
things, endures all things. Love never ends.”
Conclusion: I, __________, take thee, ____________, to be my
wedded wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for
worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and health, to love and to
cherish until death do us part.
