It doesn’t take much thought about your mother and how much she means to you before you are flooded with emotion.  With few exceptions, our mothers occupy some of the dearest places of our hearts. The Apostle Paul, in the book of Galatians, likens the Church, “Jerusalem which is above” as the mother of all those who have been born into the Kingdom of God. As we discuss this topic, let’s keep in mind what the church means to us and build a new appreciation to the spiritual mother of us all, the church.
