Salvation through Jesus Christ is based totally upon the pattern of God's will for Adam and Eve and their descendants. Like water and blood coming from His crucified side. His broken body multiplied to feed us. Living water from the throne of God and the lamb. Believing on Jesus is accepting the fact that Christ's death on the cross was accomplished to pay the price for OUR sins. HE was wounded for OUR transgressions. HE was bruised for OUR iniquities.
