In this sermon Receiving The Things Of The Spirit, flesh is flesh, Spirit is Spirit. Everybody has flesh, but not everybody has the Spirit. The natural man (flesh) cannot receive the things of the Spirit because they are foolishness to him. The natural, nonspiritual man doesn't accept the gifts and teachings into his heart. The revelations of the Spirit of God are folly to them. Neither can the natural man ( flesh ) know, or understand, the things of the Spirit because they are Spiritually discerned.
