In this lesson Are You Looking For A Change, we learn Nothing changes if nothing changes. If we keep doing what we've always done, we'll keep getting what we've always got.  We will keep feeling what we've always felt. Although this is a true statement it is just another way of saying that you are stuck in a rut. One of the definitions of rut is “A fixed, usually boring routine.” If you continue to do the same thing in that rut you will stay in that rut.
